Bath
Tea Recipe
You
have been working hard, so why not do something nice for yourself?
Treat
yourself to a natural bath. These bath tea recipes for floral and
herbal "bath scents" will leave you soothed and scented.
You
may collect your herbs and flowers in the countryside, grow them
(our favorite choice) or purchase them from a variety of stores.
A drive out to the country will yield most of the ingredients listed
below from April through May depending on your part of the country.
It is best to pick leaves and flowers after the dew has dried. You
may either dry the flowers and leaves for future use or store "green"
material in jars for 2 days.

Shred

Place the herbs and flowers in a doubled cheesecloth square cut
