Put it all together, and it's an attention-grabbing table setting. As with all Pfaltzgraff dishes, single replacement pieces are available for broken items. The stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher.
This giant cookie jar actually looks like a birdhouse, complete with a roof of green shingles. On the sides of the cream-colored jar are two sketched windows with potted herbs on their sills, plus a bird peeking out of the round birdhouse door. The jar is more than 8 inches high and nearly 7 inches wide, so it should hold a good amount of cookies. The lid has a leather string handle for lifting.
